Just picked up this little beauty, 90,000 on the clock full S/H from the dealer (apart from one from a local specialist) even dealer tyres! anthracite headlining, mint leather (even the drivers) no sunroof and it drives like an absolute gem.. my third manual 323i and this is by far the most pokey and smoothest.. it drives like a new car! no rot anywhere either.. rear arches are a thing of beauty!
anyway.. pics..

I have a nice M50 manifold that'd suit that.. :)

Looks purdy... Not sure I could settle for the 323i over a 328i though.

I may well be in touch soon then!

I was looking at 328i's but I've two friends who run them (one manual and one auto vert) and the fuel economy as a daily is bloody terrible.. whereas my lovely old 323i saloon
Image
(god rest her soul) was great on fuel and this one seems even better! punchy enough, quick, silent and kinda unassuming.. I like it.. sadly I don't think I'll ever have another E30 as a daily..

Tidy looking coupe and with the optional sports package.

Weird steering wheel though, never seen one of them before!

Ta muchly,
strangely it's possibly the most economical BMW I've possibly ever owned :o there is definitely something to be said for regular dealer servicing and decent tyres!

they are from Tracer

thought I'd take advantage of the offers sent through from Tunershop (20% off) and I've heard good things from a mate who bought some off the bay and is running them on a vert..

Intrax RS coilovers.. Done about 15k I think. They are ~£1300 new, come with adjustable top mounts.

Intrax are one of the "daddies" of suspension.

I had a boston green 323i coupe a few years ago and imo they are a nice car, not as quick as a 328i but not all that far off either.
Tom_Maverick wrote:and a stainless exhaust is about it I think! It's too nice to mess with! :)
OEM 328i system FTW. Good upgrade and sounds great

The wheels you have are style 32's, they do them with some dish too in 17" or 18"

These are 18" flavour.

Set of style 5s at the moment in 8 series fitment - painted all black - on ebay - would look the nuts on your car. Get them bought!!! Also, sebring backboxes look cool. Nice looking car though, needs an M3 splitter on the front!
