Are ECU's engine specific? or will a 320 fit a 325?
Could this sort out the speedo problem?

I don't know about the physical ECU but the fuel and ignition maps will be all wrong between those 2 cars.

Think I've read somewhere that the later 320 and 325 ECUs are the same except for the chip. I.E. You can buy an uprated chip for a 325, stick it in a 320 ECU and use it on a 325 engine.oze30 wrote:Are ECU's engine specific? or will a 320 fit a 325?

Nothing you do with engine ECUs will have any effect on the speedo. No connection at all.
