Like the rest of the underside of the car this line has seen better days. Rather than having a picky MOT tester whinge about it I'd rather just remove it.
This line runs from the carbon canister than isn't there via a flexi that is tucked into the front chassis leg to a steel line that runs to the a flexi that goes onto a plastic pipe that runs over the fueltank to another flexi and plastic pipe that runs up the arch to an expansion tank.
Soooooo thoughts on where to remove it back to? My thinking is all the way back to the expansion tank.
Advice/recommendations/reasons for not doing this?

Cars which never had carbon tanks just had an open vent pipe which came down infront of the fuel tank.
These are sensations as hard to forget as they are to ignore.....

Yep, lowest point as possible, if your removing the tank you could fit the early vent pipe in place of it -

tank went back in a few days ago, the flexi before the hardline is close enough to that so that'll do nicely. Ta fellas.
