How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.

What's the story behind the one with no plates then? Noticed it's got left hand sweeping wipers.

this car was imported into the country by a wealthy businessman back in 1998
i purchased this car two years ago through a freind it is rot free and in excellent condition
being converted from left hooker to right hand drive for some reason they didnt bother changing the wipers over, which is rather annoying lol
nevermind its on my list of 'to do' things lol
as far as spec goes its registered as a sport and i have also confirmed with bmw with vin number...came back as a sport built in 1991 :)

I though that Sports were a UK marketing invention?

I could be (probably am) wrong but they certainly didn't exist over here.

unsure but sports were available in SA to same spec as uk
not sure which other countries these were available ...as far as i know this one was a left hand drive from germany and had the complete Msport package

i think there was a bmw e30 called 'sport' in the US but unsure of what spec they came with?

technically and mechanically i think a 2.6 sportline might be better than a cos because you dont get so many running issues as the cos plus the cossies always have niggles when you first purchase them and takes ages to put them right...and then the fact a sportline is cheaper

but when a cos is running fine like mine...even a sportline doesnt cut the cake ;) lol

I have probably had 10 or 12 190e's  loved my 2.3 cossy more than the 2.5 it was far better to drive,
my last one was a 2.6 sportline with AMG bodykit including the very rare duckbill boot spoiler and grey leather sportline seats,

I loved it Awesome car in every respect sold it for no reason at all !

A 2.6 190E fitted with the engine from a 300E is supposed to be a nice tool. Near enough a straight swap as well as long as you stick with the M103 12v donk.
