How to remove rear chrome bumper?

Side bolts from inside the boot but the rubber ends bolt though the arch lip. Two of the main bumper nuts/bolts from within the boot and the other two from under the car.

And the front bumper are just 2 x 13mm bolts from the front of the bumper?
