Touring wiper delete

Is there a How-To type thing for removing the Touring rear wiper and deleting the check panel light?
I removed my rear washer bottle as it leaked everywhere into the boot floor and now the check panel light is constantly on

I'm looking to just find a black bung for the hole in the rear screen, and then splice the rear washer system to trick it into thinking it is full up!
