How do I get this back on?

Hey all,
For the life of me I just can't get this plastic bumper corner to go back on.! Its almost like its too big. Argh.! What am I doing wrong?

There are 2 metal clips uncerneath that, it may be you end up taking the bumper off to take them out and relocate them into the bumper properly.

Yeah I tried taking the bumper off but couldn't get one of the bolts out from inside the wheel well. I'm assuming it has a big blob of corrosion on the tip of the bolt thats why its not coming out.

Please advise!

Soak it in WD40 for an hour or so, then try.
If that fails, then some heat.
