Braided hose lines

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering whether anyone's ever fitted braided hoses and which ones did you fit.

I've looked on the bay and don't really know if it's worth it, also, do I go for the 4 or 6line system?

Ideas and advice greatly appreciated.

6 line only should be about £80

Goodridge. you need the 6 line kit if you have ABS

The ones to go for are the ones with Stainless fittings - the cheaper ones have zinc plated fittings which tarnish very quickly.

This! 4 line and 6 line has nothing to do whether or not ABS is fitted, other than one with ABS will always need 6 line, as it will have rear discs.
Note that the braid must have another covering on the outside to be road legal.
