E23s and E24s had Motronic by '82 but in M30 guise.

3.2's had Motronic in 1979, 3.5's by late 1980. First E28 with Motronic was the 528e in 1982 and the 525e in 1983. Most E28's were LE Jet with just the catalyst 520i, and the 525e and 535i with Motronic.
