The E92 M3 is nearing the end of its life cycle now......i think 2012 will be the last year of production if past history is anything to go by. I am losing count though of the number of "special editions" the E92 M3 has,,,,,,surely the best one is the Competition Package version (except the GTS which is really only for race track)?

PS Given BMW introduced EDC in the E32 750iL does anyone know why EDC was not put on the E46 M3 as it seems like a really good feature to have?
I remember in 2001 my friend from school's mum had a E32 750iL which i was passenger in the rear seat and i noticed the suspension felt remarkably similar in feel in the way it reacted to bumps to my old man's then "new" E46 323Ci (remember E46 3 Series Coupe have "Sports" suspension fitted as Standard)......then it was mentioned the EDC was in Sport mode.
