Will the MOT tester have to put the engine down as a 328i or keep as the orignal??

AFAIK, the MOT test doesn't consider the engine size/type in any way, other that it is a non standard set up, and so will be tested to the earlier emissions limits, even if the E30 in question is post 08/92.

nice, so if he asks what u want me to put the engine size as, should i just keep it as a 318i as the engine was?
