last year i brought a Singer 95k40 sewing machine of ebay at a bargain price £1 yes£1
after a long wait i have started to retrim my front seat in black leather from my old sofa (useful leather
)
brought a pair of front e30 Recaro Grey Cloth seats of ebay last year and stripped them down,so here are some photo's i have taken..
this the first time for me to do this and they came out quite well for a newbe to this trimming lark.
back nearly finished and on the the base now over this weekend

its not bad for the first time in using a sewing machine.. got the singer all set up now after 2 broken needle's and lot of test on the speed for leather,it runs like a dream on cloth but leather you have to go slower with....carn't wait to do it to my austin montego turbo diesel est in full leather.....im on the look out now for a very cheap ripped full set of convertible seats and not to far away from me to do more playing to do duel colours on...

Very easy to remove. Try Autoglym bumper care (green snot) to bring them back to life. You don't need to remove them to get them looking good.twoscoops wrote:very nice mate, did you just paint the grills that are under the windscreen? How hard are they to remove?

After all the work you've put into it, and the standard of the work you've carried out on it, you'll not have to wait long for a buyer mate.
