1991325i cabby auto want to change to manual.Thoughts please

Hi as above i have a 325i cabby 1991 reg auto and i want to convert to a manual do you lot think this is a good idea.?

Who is best to use that you know about?

What sort of prices should i be looking to pay?

Yep, still got it, now Garaged for the rest of the year.
