325 lost core plug water and oil coming out help!!!

Hi can anyone help me i filled my header tank up eith water and found a pool of oil and water mixed together had a look and core plug is out is this a common problem, also what am i looking at head gasket failure or just put another core plug in?

there normally only one reason why a core plug pops is coz the water freezes now seeing as we havet had them sort of temps lately id just stick another one bk in

Doesn't the core plug....plug the waterway and not the oil.....?

So if you have popped a core plug and the water and oil are mixing.........
