Seems OK to me but i'm not a fan of automatics.

Is it any where near you so you can take a look/test drive before bidding ?

Sound's ok you think, no I'm not near it so couldn't see it first, I know auto's aren't everyone's "cupa t" but I'm kinda fed up with manual's and an auto is all she can drive plus we have a very large dog (and getting another) so it'll have to be an est for the space.

tbh two verybigs dogs will not be comfortable in the back of an e30 touring 1 will just fit. there not the best designed estates but it is also very clean!

To small then you think.....

I was talking to her last about it and then I thought about a 525 est, or Volvo est  .

When I say big dog's, it's a big lab (I do mean big, 27 inch's to his shoulder) and the other one we're looking at is roughly the same size.

for a dog that size an e34 touring would be the weapon of choice, cheaper too as they are less sought after than the '30s

try sending a PM to "argos" on here, he had an e34 touring for sale recently and it was cheaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap

About right for a grand, but I'd want leather seats and AC.
