Got a friends E30 i need to move, but he's lost the keys to it!.
So we're gonna tow it using an a frame however the steering is locked.
So far i can come up with disconnect the steering column?
Any other ideas?

Either get a new key from BMW, if this is a car that's going to be returned to the road, cut off the rear of the steering wheel boss, if it's nothing valuable, or slide the lower coupling between the rack and the bulkhead off.
