is ther any that can put it on a computer for diagnosis local to reading?

Are you getting bad mpg, and is the idle wobbly or not? That would tell us whether it's a) an air leak or b) the blue temp sensor. It's usually one of those two. But don't throw money at the problem until you've done some basic tests, which are covered in the Wiki:
