I'm in the process of putting an m20b25 into a mates 318i.......

Can I use his slave cylinder on it as this is still attatched to the car? Or does it have to be the 325 slave?

ring your local parts supplier and ask if the slave is the same for a 318 and 325

I always check part numbers on realoem.

Looks the same to me (assuming 1989 2-door)

Of course my geordie zoner mate lol...... Few smoke breaks thrown in for good measure :D

And for anyone with the same question as per title, Craig was of course correct... The car moves under her own steam using the 318 slave on 325 box 8)
