Just purchased a E34 donor car ready for my E30 conversion!
Car runs fine for about 10 minutes then just cuts out?
Dosent misfire or run lumpy before hand?...
Then when warm won't start at all?!
Any ideas???
Thanks!

Could it be the Air Flow Metre?
Or Fuel Pump?

Mine had a similar issue that proved to be a faulty lambda sensor in the exhaust. Unplugging the lambda and letting the engine run on the default fuel map is a quick and easy test.
Puzzled by the 'does not run lumpy or misfire' comment though. Any lambda, AFM, fuel pump, temp sender etc type fault would cause a gradual, lumpy stop over 4-5 seconds.
Martin.

Check all electrical connections, including the engine to body earth strap.
Does the car have an immobiliser? Perhaps it has a delayed effect before it cuts in to stop the engine.
