Cooling system pressure

Hi guys, right here goes, i know of 3 e30s with m50/2 in with electric fan and no viscus and the cooling system pressurises madly any that have a viscus don't, any reason why this could be? Thanks[/i]

The fan type cooling it wouldn't effect it (i'd have thought not at least!), I've had mine not pressurising madly due to a small leak at the top of my rad where the plastic seals with the header tank (e36 air con rad). I radwell'd it for the winter until I get a new one but it now pressurises just fine, with the exception of a small air lock I can't get out -_-;
