a bit of a longshot here, had my m52 conversion done, engine runs and car drives, all be it without an exhaust. its been sitting for over two months now.
anyway long story short ive rung around a few exhaust shops and the minimum quote im getting is £400 just for downpipes!!!
i've got a full scorpion le mans system i want to put on the car, but i cant justify £400 just for downpipes.
my manifold has already been modded and sits closer to the cylinder head, and the flanges are chopped.
is there anyone out there that can make me a set of downpipes up that i can mate to my scorpion system??
i dont mind travelling within reasonable distance (im in london) as i have a friend with a towtruck so we can transport the car.
the cars been sitting too long now and the urge to drive it is driving me mad.
i need downpipes made up

i took my car with bare manifolds to infinity exhausts in bristol
they did downpipes, a crossover and a twin pipe system with a back box, all in 50mm stainless for £400. you can choose which tips you want exactly - they make them there in front of you.
id highly reccomend them

DanThe does them. A lot cheaper than that too.
Not sure how they will fit with the Scorpion system though. Might need the m3 flange. I'll confirm this weekend and try and get some pictures as I'll be fitting them to the same exhaust

If its a 325i system they bolt right up, 2 inch aluminised exhaust grade tube, manifold work is in stainless.
These will bolt up to any 325i 3 piece system which is more than adequate for 2.5 and 2.8 engines
If you want to use an M3 system I can supply different front pipes and an M3 style flange

I recommend Dan's, the workmanship is A1 for the price!
How do you pronounce 'either'? I say 'either', but some say 'either'. Either is correct.
