Hola, I recently had an issue with steering wheel shake due too two bent hubs. On the last rally where really heavy braking is required (numerous 100mph to 20mph) stops and on stage 5 steering wheel started shaking dangerously. On further inspection I found one of the balljoints (outer) had a fair bit of play in it. After replaceing both wishbones for lemforder ones the car drove much better. When doing some high speed brake testing im still getting a bit of steering wheel shake which once the brakes are really hot seems worse. I've tried 3 sets of wheels on the front this afternoon and always on first few applications the brakes feel good. Any ideas?
The discs and pads were replaced for the last rally with brembo 285mm discs and ds3000 pads with rx7 calipers. Tomorrow I'm going to do a dti check once everything is cold etc.

Update- took discs off and gave them a good going over with angle grinder with a wire brush attachment then bit of sandpaper on the discs and de glazed the pads which were quite shiney.
No more steering wheel shake and brakes much better.
I would never of believed that the little amount of crap could cause such judders.
Thanks all for the help
