free removal of shell from garage in newton aycliffe,durham

hi need a shell taken out my garage dont want to pay if i can help it anybody in this area know of someone who could take it.everything stripped out.not on wheels no back axel on but its on dollies so can be rolled out of garage.cheers for any help.

What type of shell is it? is it rotten ?

its a e30 sport shell.but it,s no good had head on,all front end mangelled and roof is cinked

you would probably ger £150 on scales at least

look for local scrap yards and ask on the phone if they will collect and that they will need a hiab to lift it.

you will need the logbook,i normally get £50 when they collect my shells

phoned some already wont pick up & 1 was going to charge me £40 for taking it away with it just being a shell will just have to keep trying.have you got a number for who you use magpie.cheers

You should be able to get at least £50 for an e30 shell picked up on crane.

Don't phone car scrappies, phone "metal recyclers"

keep searching scrap merchants etc.

last resort i'd cut it up with a hacksaw if no power and a wide bolster chisel across the floor then get either an open flat bed or transit type van and take it all to a weigh bridge.
