Sold a blue hood to Russell, shipped via Paisley Couriers who refused to fully insure it during shipping as it was a "restricted" item, and lo and behold it collected a 2" split in the rear window. :cry:

Russell was very dissapointed of course, but very understanding. Would happily deal with Russell again anytime.
