I'm thinking about changing as a precaution as the car was sitting for a couple of years before I got it. I have fully serviced it but there is a slight rattle from the top end so I'd like to make sure the lubrication is good.

Apart from the spray bar and camcover gasket is there anything else I'll need? Would the spraybar be dealers only?

I guess it's pretty straight forward to change once the cam cover is off, is there anything I need to be careful of?

Thanks in advance.

Just the crush washers, I don't think you will need a spray bar. Just run it through the chemical washer. Your noisy top end is most Likely a worn cam and injector noise combo.

The washers under the banjo bolts. Rather than buy a new spray bar, run a 1mm drill through the holes - this is to really flood the cam lobes with oil and prevent it from blocking.
