I will replace the water pump next weekend as I think it is rattling. Is ther anything else worth replacing at the same time while I have all the belts and radiator out? I replaced the timing belt about 2 years ago. I will have replaced the alternator, water pump and power steering pump. Is there anything else that can rattle at the front of the motor? It only rattles at 1500rpm.

I would do the timing belt and tensioner, and if the radiator hoses are getting on you might as well replace them also.
Doing the alternator, ps, and air con belts at the same time probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.
To check if your fan clutch is the culprit, you can run the car without it for a few minutes.

How do I run the car without the fan clutch? Just disconect it, put the air box back on and run the car?

The fan clutch is the part the fan bolts to, it screws directly to the water pump. It has a reverse thread so you need to turn the nut clockwise to loosen it.
