How long is a peice of string ?
Depends on how much you have to spend.......
90% will say swap the engine, The other 10% will rape you for the wheels and lights !!
Pete don't care about colour, He would shag a rainbow if he could find the end of it....

Haha I'm expecting stick for the lights and wheels but hey it's something different
I was toying with the idea of a m52 conversion but it's just the cost that's holding me back

You could have it resprayed neon green, upholster the seats in fake fur and put some fairy lights on the dash. Don't forget to tint the rears also.
In all honesty though it looked much better before you started messing with it. Why don't you just p*ss on it for good measure?
Seriously! Have you photoshopped this as a gag?

Yellow tint on lights? no.
Wheels I could put up with at a push but it looked alot better in the before pic

The Internet - It has proven to be worthless, and is nothing but a repository for perverts.

Put the BBS back on, sell those wheels and use the money towards and M50/52 conversion
Yellow lights are for the French

I'd personally, fix the front apron/bumper you've killed. Loose the orange headlights and go for a pale yellow tint on both bigh beams only.
The wheels... BBS or Borbet A's (Although im not really a fan of them, they'd look alright on this)
Finish off the tech 2 body kit. And thats about it. If your doing an engine conversion that that would be down to your budget, but sort the exterior first! Those wheels and lights are not to my taste.

i expected the wheels and lights to cause a bit of a stir to be honest.
as for the car its pretty clean, the shell had a full repray before i bought it so the condition is pretty spot on. just went through a years MOT no issues. the engine as 166k on it but is still a very healthy lump, i would love a bit more power the only think holding me back is the money.
i have been looking at a set of borbet As rescently, originally thats what i wanted to have on the car, fog lights are in the post too

looks really nice in the first pic and sh*t in the second..
it's your car, do what you like but if you're after an opinion then there it is!
and why do your yellow lights look so dull? I used lamin-x and mine were really bright and yellow! also the wheels look like VW fitment, they are clearly the wrong offset! they sit right under the car.. I'd put the BBS back on it and change the lights back and lower it

plain and simple..

I got fed up and peeled them off.. with HID's they make the light a weird sickly green!
I would suggest if the O/P want's yellow headlights then go for lamin-x (it's quite cheap and it's far better quality than Ebay tat)
I think the yellow headlights would look ok if they were the only mod but the red wheels too.. it's a bit much!
