well picked this up few weeks back now
absolute love n the e30

few pics as it sits

the plan was to fit 2.5 straight away but am gona get all the wee bits done first

so far a need

rear subframe bushes
got play in both front lower ball joints
we bit off rot to fix at rear towing aye

once a sort this out plans are for some lows 2.5i engine box and hopefully a slipper if all goes well

will update with pics as a go along with it

seats are in very good condition going to treat them to a nice leather cleaner

well lower ball joints orderd a thought you had to buy a full bottom arm but hey bonus

going to get the rear subframe bushes orderd for next week

well small update done my lower ball joints prity straight forward

while a was doing my tracking water starting pishi7g out front off car thought it was over heating so closer inspection rubber seals in water bottle cap where past it so cheap easy fix for a change :D

my partner treated me to new lowering springs just went for 60mm front and 40mm rear like the look off it

so went to fit the springs couple hours in sitting back looking at the car thinking this dont look right absolute dip sh8tes who sent them have sent 40mm front and 60mm rear car looks absolute stupid sent them a not so happy email and waiting to hear back
oh the joys

so no photo updates as it looks crap :-x

well need some people thoughts lowerd the touring with 60mm front and 40mm rear well a think it sits the other way back end looks lower than the front
contacted the company double checked part numbers and are what a orderd

I've lowered mine 40mm all round and your front looks 40mm but your rears definitely look lower than mine. It doesn't look bad though. I always think mine looks a little high on the rear.

Looks OK to me

Fit some thicher spring pads at the back end if you want to bring the back up slightly.

You don't want the front any lower than that anyway.

well a fitted the standard rear springs and the car looks ten times better will add a couple pics tomorow

Seen them go for £60. A new one from dealers cost around £90 iirc.

so on saturday a wee trip upto dundee to pick up the engine box wasnt plan n on fitting it that day but couldnt help maself :eek:

so into the garage it was !!

managed to get the engine out pritty quick thought it was gona be a bit off a nightmare but was all good

forgot to take pictures off the new lump in 8O put it down to lack off sleep and a good graft managed to drive it up the road and what a diffrance from the 2.0 to the 2.5 absolute loving the power from it :D

will get some pics for the end off the week once a get a chance to give it a good clean !!!!
