cabriolet roof electric to manual advice please

has any one changed an electric set up to a manual
i want to do this because i have bought two of them repair plates and both have sheared so i have had enough of it now and i want to get a solution to it now the sun seems to have arrived

any thoughts and advice is highly appreciated and recieved

im not 100% sure what need's removing as i have never worked on a electric roof but i have all the bits to convert to manual if you need anything

i am looking for the release handle, cable, and the locking catches if you have them.
how much and what is your location please
