Hello!

I have an F plate post facelift 320 2 door. Unfortunately, I haven't got access to it at the moment. Apparently there's two types of fuel filter (longer thiner or shorter fatter), so can anyone tell me with certainty which one I have.

I suspect not - the M20 equipped E30's I've had have all had the "shorter fatter" type - either in the engine bay or under the car - as yours is a facelift its probably under the car.
