Ignition is off the key is out and when replacing the fuse 24 for hazard light it blows within 30 seconds???

This started when I linked up the Bluetooth on radio, the engine stopped and the car wouldn't start unless we jumped it with the radio out. When the radio was connected again the engine stopped??

Thought it might be a power spike with the radio but now the fuse is blowing with the radio out and the ignition off. The inboard computer is now permanently on!!!???

Only had this E30 for two weeks!! Please help....

Find out what else some bodger has connected on to the hazard light supply. The only thing that should be on this fuse is the hazard lights, but all the wiring cowboys know that there is always a permanent live feeding this switch, so often home in on it.
