Apologies for the lack of picture but..... I'm having a go at the wiring on my track car and stripping out anything unneccessary.
There is a relay at the bottom of the off side A-post and im not sure what it is.
Its stamped BMW and on a proper support bracket, I have looked on realoem under 61 25 relays sensors and modules but cant ID it.
Can anyone help?
TIA
Ste.

If it's a five pin relay, it's the one that allows you to work the roof/windows with the ignition off, if you open a front door.

Off side it will be the courtesy light timer relay which is usually attached to the central locking module plate.
You can separate the whole central locking/elec windows loom from the main loom very easily

Brian,
I seem to remember that there were about 10 connections on the top of it, and it was mounted on a oblique shaped passivated bracket.
(I think) it sits in the void under the front speaker hole under the A post
Cheers,
Ste.

Ignore my post - I missed the offside bit. Window/roof relay is nearside.
Offside is as DanThe says - Locking ECU, and possibly interior light delay module.
