Is there anything I can use to clean the hardtop an to put some colour back in to it and an other caring products to use to maintain it

Presuming its the vinyl finish one, renovo sell a revival kit. But beware it aint cheap.

Not sure if it's vinyl. Looks more like roof fabric stuck on. OEM BMW.

when i had one i washed it down with ordinary car shampoo and then sprayed it with autoglym interior cleaner and the results were fantastic.
