Edit - just realised i was no longer on the pug forum, so this car MAY actually mean something to you boys on here!
http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b45/o ... adster.jpg it was my dads about 2yrs ago, pretty sure the new owner has wrapped her up :(
Tell me more about that black touring in those pics...auto with tan leather?
Hi mate, it was a G plate Auto one, had the M kit like my white one, originally came with BBS wheels, but i had a coupe at the time aswell, so swapped them over and gave it the 3 spoke treatment!! :P . it had Tan leather in it, but wasn't the sport seats. i think either the box or engine had been given a hard time in the past, as it was sluggish to respond to throttle movements etc.

alas i don't believe they sell, or ever sold these  the owner apparently went out in one and pulled them just before they were going to sell them, because it was insanely dangerous....it would have torn apart a mac f1, it had performance similar to the bugatti veyron !
this is true

Yeah, I know the car  went to have a look at it a while back, bodywork was in good condition, shame about the rest of it really, it was for sale near Plymouth somewhere.

Aye, thats the one! i swapped it for a mk1 MR2 way back. other thing was the exhaust was blowing non stop, been welded so badly, really needed new one! did you go see it at a garage place near a bird shop?! it wasnt a bad truck, but i traded it out at about 600 and think the guy was asking like Ԛ£1495 for it after me! When i first got it it was a nice old girl, looked the business with the BBS on, but was VERY wallowy! 16 previous owners too!

 the previous owner count was one of the reasons I walked away!

In all honesty, I wanted to buy the car to break, as I've also got a black touring with the full kit, but it's got some dents etc, so was going to buy this one for the doors etc, and sell the rest in parts, but he wouldn't drop below Ԛ£900!

I concur!!!!

I'm not fussy though, so anything that's quick and has got some rallying heritage.....

Opel Manta 400
Mk 1 Mexico
Mk 2 RS2000
Escort Cosworth
Peugeot 205 (preferrably T16 although rare as f**k)
Tommy Makkinen Evo6
etc
etc...

Wouldn't have a Subaru tho, too many t**ts own them (i'm not saying that all subaru owners are t**ts though before someone gets the arse!!!)

The car i would buy (and try and use daily) if cost wasn't as issue....

Y'know, the "If i won the lottery i'd buy a..." conversation

RS200 Evo

650bhp

0-60 3.6seconds!!!! (a fully prepped works one will do it in 2.1!!!!!)

Capable of 200mph
