Can someone tell me which part(s) I need to order to replace the seal ?

17, 18, 19 ? All 3 or just one of them ?

Want to minimise the risk of leaks :D

number 19 is the one, this is a common leak spot. Which not many seem aware of on here. The grommet for the centre wiper spindle perishes with age. Water will pass through this and drop straight down onto the heater matrix and then run down through this onto the trans tunnnel both sides. = wet carpet. Which could baffle most if you have floor pans with no holes as thats where 90% of wet carpets come from. Plus this though

You don't need to worry about the drivers side as the water drops down into the lower scuttle as such and out the elephants trunk
