Besides Alpina is a tuning company, they just took a 325i added an eta block + all the Alpina branded stuff you can squeeze on the car.

I like it and i think anything that tastfully improves on the original E30 is okay in my books.
there is no eta sh!te on a C2! 325i blocks where used

his car let him get on with it, no bother to us is it?

1990 seat look very wrong in a car from the 1980's.

It's like putting a sleek white leather Ligne Rosset couch in a period country mansion. Of course you can do it but it looks wrong.

But like I said, have a set of standard sports seats on standby because you've taken about £500-£1G off the value.

Lovely job, but I wouldn't have done that to an original Alpina.

I remember when the Alpina in question was sitting in a lock up near Earls Court with no cylinder head and rusty rear arches!

Can't remember - but the guy seemed to demand respect as if he was some kind of uber high Alpina guru.

Then he saw my mighty 318iS and humbled himself quicksmart.

Funny that but the fact the you could never get E36 M3 seats in ANY E30 just makes it wrong.

I think you'll find you are the on who doesn't know your cars!

That red E30 M3 shell you bought in Eastbourne from my mate Adam for £3500 is one of the most rusty and f*cked E30 shells i have ever seen!
The hole in the bulk head was/is big enough to fit my head through let alone my fist!

You must be a mug to have payed £3500 for what is essentially scrap and an M3 I.D.

I could have had the whole car complete and running for £5000 or just the shell with I.D for a £1000 but i need another project like a hole in the head.

I suppose the I.D will end up on another "borrowed" M3 at some point.

Mug!
