whats the best tyre (Brand and size) for a 7j 16" wheel?
For road and track use.
I was thinking of the 205 50 16 Yokohama AD08..?
or could i get away with 195's?

On track at Combe, the AD08's were worth almost 2 seconds a lap in the saloon championship over the other list/B tyres. Based on that I'd say they're a good option

No I got my lists wrong 
R888 are List/B (cut slicks such as R888) and AD08 are List/A (road based tyres).
