Can;t have been done using a folder, as you;d not be able to do the 4 sides, are they done by hand..?

i know Kos,
so i am Having real Drama's getting hold of engine bay/bulkhead Insulation right now, thats stopping the next stage...second hand one's are almost always fooked, and the dealers are struggling to get me one ?
I have ordered 3 so far and it always arrives as just the battery tray, I'm thinking there should be 2 parts to this and one is missing from bracknell
you would think No1 in this pic would be what i need ?

can anyone shed some light on this ? or even better have a part number !

It is No. 1, It comes in 3 parts. You need to quote all the 3 part numbers,

Left section - 51 48 1 962 045
Right section - 51 48 1 962 048

As Imy says, but you will find these are now made from a different material Steve - not as nice as the original. What I have used is the new centre piece (the large part which is always ruined) as this is largely hidden, and the two original side parts as they are more visable.
Brilliant project by the way
Did you get my recent PM Matt?

Found my camera !
took a few snaps today shame the red colour doesn't work out still..
Front end is on brand new everything inc legs, which arrived in a shitty black paint
Powdercoated them and they were good to go,

Billy's and H&R's should deal with the twisty stuff,

the headlights were re-furbed rather than replaced, Powdercoated the buckets and new dealer rings fitted, they look the part,

Nice new fogs and indicators..

doors built up properly,

back end is done..

and I threw the donk and box in, this is where things get complicated..

Carbon intake mocked up ..

and it's touching the brake M/S
so the kit came with remote resovoirs but still , there's no room at all !!

and now for the Z3 rack on a RHD S14 fannymold !! it's tight
without modding the manifold there's no way the linkage will fit in there....

so after a bit of head scratching I moved back onto the interior and Loom,
which was completely re-taped with loom tape before,

it's all in place and figured out, something I was dreading with the RHD conversion, but it's really not been that bad, dash back out and clip it all in place and done

would be rude not to use Premiums !

slowly getting there now

Kieran, your welcome to nip over and give the turd a polish !! the rest of the fleet is getting Dusty too !

as for the carbon intake Rav, I'm going to dump that for now and run a stock intake until the Engine is run in and the car has had a decent shake down..
spring is around the corner and i hope to get this on the road soon and rack some miles up doing a few meets/shows
