how come the shocks are the same for 325i 318i 316i 320i ?

large case struts, so all versions of the touring, hence why all engines are listed.
i expect they have just looked down the fitment list and seen all versions with 51mm struts.
not everyone knows about the two strut sizes.

check the part numbers with the Bilstein website before you hand over any money :wink:
