E30 325i MTECHNIC

Hi new to this have just bought a 325i sport I think it is a m technic can anybody give me some info on how i can tell if it's original genuine tech? Also has a bronze colour plaque next to gear leaver which says BMW mtechnic sport I have had a look and not seen any cars with this.

Hello and welcome.
Quickest clue is what colour is the headlining? Black and it's most likely a Sport, anything else and it's now. But only real way to tell is giving the last 7 digits to BMW, or someone on here could findout.
The plaque just sounds like Ebay stick on tat to be honest.
