remove the door card. several (3 or 4??) screws, the ones visible in the arm/rest and one hidden behind the electric mirror switch, prise it out with a small screwdriver and you wil see the screw behind. Cant fully remrmeber but maybe need to remove the door handle, if so the plastic surround part pulls backwards and off, then the fixing is visible...

then carefully remove the press fittings, pull the card from the bottom slowly and you wil see/feel the fittings, pull close to the fitting carefully and they will pop out (or most likely break) then once al out lift the card upwards so the top fitting at the window comes off. pull it away slowly and remove any door pull levers etc from behind.

now remove the plastic sheet stuck to the inner door panel and the window lifter wil be visible (helps to partially raise/lower the thing until you get the best access.) removal of the window shoudl be self explanitory then maybe you will need to adjust it after, wiki section has guides on how to do this.

good luck

oh and moved for you

yes, three screws as mentioned. remove the door pull, door handle surround (slides rearwards, then off) and the door locking pin.
then carefully free the poppers (i have replacements if yours break, as is likely, as mentioned above), then carefully peel back the plastic membrane (patience and "slowness" is the secret, if you wish to reuse it, as they tear very easily) and reveal the 10mm nuts which hold the mechanism to the door frame.
