Without getting into hair splitting (evo this, evo that, Alpina this etc.), and ignoring bodyshells, this my Top Trumps:
M3
Alpina
318is
325i
323i
320i
318i (M40)
318i (other)
316i
316
All autos
Anything council
M3
Alpina
318is
325i
323i
320i
318i (M40)
318i (other)
316i
316
All autos
Anything council
Two headblenders, couple of bags of MC Hammer, 5 litres of FFF, a 48ft bastard, a box of jumped-up custard and some soggy chimps
surely the 318is should be top ? and 325i sport before 325i , and the se model ? 320is ? m3 evo above m3 ? , plus a facelift and pre facelift version of the cars , with "age" being a score ?
although a top trump game would be funny, where would "mpg" fit in ? a 316 beating the m3

Ill guess the 318is is above the 325 is because its had a engine conversion
m52 maybe ?
I think it should be further down the list ?
Below the 320 4 door
Number of cylinders and doors etc
Loses on both counts
Oooooo its gonna be a long night
