rear arch repair panels fitting coat and spraying?

How much approximately to fit rear arch repair panels ie weld in at a body shop then spray both rear quarters and blend in 400-700 depending on quality/bodyshop/area?

Also thinking of getting a tech2 full kit to fit to my convertible, is it best/cheaper to do it all at the same time and will the bodyshop do it cheaper if the bodykit is off the car or on? or doesn't it make much difference?
