Any ideas how wide the glass is made from for rear screen and side windows on e30? Pricing up polycarb sheet to make some. Thinking 4mm but might get 3mm polycarb sheet as cheaper plus bit lighter

I know that the MSA insist on 4mm for race/rally cars.
But I dont think that the glass is 4mm thick, I'm going to do something similar with mine and use 3mm

Im going to use 3mm for rear screen, 3 mm for front doors and put 4mm sliders in. Looks proper then but cheaper. Can get enough for rear screen and front windows for 68 plus twat. Slider kit is 70 plus from plastics for performance
