Bit of a weird thing to do to a car you've owned since high school which was aparently in running order!! Ok if it was hanging out of it's arse, fair play- but if in fairly fine fettle...

I thought much the same - I do like it, but you can hardly call it an '02. Seems a waste to chop up a reasonable one and then use so little of it!

I liked the concept as my initial thought was he'd fab'd it up to look like one- but my enthusiasm for it has dulled knowing he's chopped one up that could have been in reasonable order! What's with the shifter on the roof??

i think it's awesome too, but like has been said, does seem a bit of a shame to do it to a decent one and not a basket case that already had no floor!
