Hi can any body tell me how easy/difficult it is to convert my rear drums to discs on my 318i? Is it an expensive job? Thanks for your time, Matt.

doing this on my 320 in the next couple of weeks.
Pretty straight forward job for me as the car is fully sripped with no running gear on so I can do it pretty much all of the car
New trailing arms, discs, calipers and new pipe work- jobs a good 'un
I'll stick something up when I do it

I'll stick it all up here, just changed all bushes and painted all running gear up whilst its off looking very very nice
