Nothing too exciting alas, just a few labour benefit types getting offended in between fixing their window regulators / M43 head gaskets, because Simon stated the obvious, IE Grown adults drive £500 sh1tters because they only have £500 . and why does an adult only have £500 = because they are feckless sad losers ! :)
Seems a pretty reasonable assumption, just like the one that all Scottish cars are crusty scrap. Obviously in both cases there are exceptions but they are in the minority.

I am not the exception , I have lots of sub £500 sh1tters and I am scum ! :D

The difference over there is that most of their knowledge is what they've read on forums so they have no weight to back up what they are arguing about, whereas this place is full of people who genuinely know their shizzle and it's obvious who does and who doesn't. That place place has too many 'experts' from what I've seen. No offence to them like, there are some nice cars on there, but some of the 'advice' you see being banded about makes me cringe! Mostly because half the forum will follow it, despite it being dished out by someone who BLATANTLY has no idea what they're chatting!

Also, too many nice original cars being ruined. There's a thread about what looks like a really clean original black 318iS on an M plate, complete with original bottletop alloys etc.

First stop is a really inappropriate steering wheel, then some shitty old secondhand coilovers. What's wrong with keeping it standard and mint? There are so few nice original E36's left now. However, there is one hero over there though with a Mauritius blue 1993/4 325i Coupe, and he's doing a proper paedo resto job - looks superb.

They wouldn't like it, they don't like any bitching full stop. We all know where home is and our bread is buttered here.

Between us we've forgotton more than half of them. Has anyone seen the guy trying to fit every factory option to his 4dr! Pete would have a field day hes nuts fitting rear heated seats with an iso fix type feature also! 8O

That means you are a respectable and frugal individual, but there is an overweight single mum residing in your street with a 'powered by fairy dust' sticker in the rear window of her tapping and dented vauxhall zafira. You also complain about the price of a pint when you are further south than Dudley.

It's dead because it's over moderated - shame, because it could be good and there are some really nice E36's about.

They have an E30 section - maybe we should have an E36 one..........how about it?

Well it's only done about 210k, so fresh as a daisy... & the HG hasn't gone in a while* either! :D
That's distinctly better than the E30, unsurprisingly.

(*yeah, I really shouldn't say things like that, but I could do with an excuse to get a new car!)

That's not a bad idea actually... seems to be more interest on E36s than most others in this section.

Nooo, '36's in general. maybe even include a For Sale section for cars and parts - good for E30 owners looking for 328i engines etc.

Nice idea, we may aswell be realistic here eh? E36's are starting to play a big part in some of our lives! There is some good solid knowledge about them on here too!
My e30 will always be my favourite car out of my collection though hands down :D
