If your tyres are anywhere near original alpina size they will be a lot wider than mine also so that will take up some of the gap maybe? They're supposed to be 265/35 I think and 245 or 235/45 fronts.

I'm signed up but never really go on there to be honest. Prefer the vibe on here if I'm honest! Oh and I do have an e30 by the way I'm not an imposter!
Edit: just realised it's in my sig anyway, doh!

i'm getting that way they're all trying to bitch me down about a comment i made about what kind of people buy/own £500 cars. In the off topic chat. They are a touchy lot, take offence easily. i'm struggling to not to go for it.

Haha I know what you mean. I like the influence the older generation (than me!) has on here. Fountains of knowledge and capable of more articulate banter! I'm sure there are some really good guys on there, I just never felt the inclination to get as involved in the forum. On here it feels like everyone really knows each other, even if they've never met!

This place isn't without it's faults but it's by far the best car forum I have ever been on.
They do seem like a rather sensitive bunch of homos on there. Mind you, £500 probably buys a better E36 than E30 these days.

I don't have any immediately up-to-date ones, but it has just been re-sprayed and is now minus roof rails.

I agree black would suit it, I would have most chance of finding a mint black sport set than any other colour probably. If a retrim was on the cards I had been tempted by champagne or cardinal too

Unfortunately, that Aaron guy is the kind of prat you get over there. It's not a good forum, and I didn't miss it at all.Simon13 wrote:yeah, try this

I love how they are all puffing their feathers up because Si didn't reply for ages, then when he came back on everyone backed down and swept it under the carpet! As if they were all whispering to each other 'sh#t he's a zoner, we're out of our depth here' haha I love this place
