Is is possible to buy these or am I gonna have to make one myself?

Unfortunately the downpipes on the car now run one either side of the rubber donut and I suspect it'll melt leaving me with no steering.

Figure I could make one out of a 6mm thick bit of ali plate as a replacement though :)

Any thoughts people :D

Cheers!

As long as its the same thickness as the rubber one, it shouldnt be to hard to make, decent piece of ally and a good template.
Good luck

guibo does absorb some of the vibratin though. dunno how it would feel, or how long the rack would last :?

Can't imagine it'd kill the rack off prematurely TBH, there must be loads of cars out there without the rubber thing.

Hopefully it's just there to take out some of the vibrations to the steering wheel.

Another thing to add to the list :(

Cheers!
