I'm back again, i have looked into the rack a bit further and think the part i need is

32131096111 the rack is definetly from a right hand drive z3

but i can't get any matches on realoem to confirm the part number, below are the numbers that are on the actual rack

On the metal plate is 0280280007221 1094038

On the main rack casting is 0280080010101


There are three other gaskets i need please

e36 m44 -- 13711247894

e30 325i --- 13541289576 and 13541285471 (throttle body)

those numbers are not BMW numbers, what are you looking for? let me have chassis number and i will check for you, if you are fitting something that is non standard i wont be able to help with a number

I ordered the parts today, but thinking it through i think i have ordered two sets of z3 hardlines.

I will phone up on tomorrow/monday to change the order
